Who were the last two boys to accomplish all-state honors in Class A all four years of high school, and in what years did they do so?
Hint: They both accomplished this feat in the same 4-year span.
Bonus
Name two other 4-time all-staters in Class A who also accomplished their feats in the same 4-year span.

It's not quite 4, but Peter Meuller of U-High was 3 time class A all state, culminating in a state championship in 1996.

I would have to agree that Jorge Torres was one of the greatest in Illinois history. Let's not forget that he ran a 9:52 2-mile on grass to win the IESA state championship in 8th grade.
For the record, here are the 4-time all-staters, in chronological order:
Class A
Troy Maddux Streator (Woodland) Tony Ferrat Beecher Ryan Young Fairbury (Prairie Central) Robert Hanners Tuscola Mike Kelley Winnebago Michael Uskali Tolono (Unity)
Class AA
Eduardo Torres Wheeling Jorge Torres Wheeling Donald Sage Elmhurst (York)

Prince's AA all state time equaled the winning single A time too.

How many girls have made All-State four times? I'm sure there are quite a few.
Update: Looks like 39 girls have done it 4 times but I may be off one or two because I lost count at one point and didn't feel like retracing my steps.
Wheeling is the school with the most 4 timers with 3. Dana Miroballi, Alice Doyle and Jessie Morganthal.

to add in on the girls side TeNeal Pinkston of Robinson will be making attempt at a 4time all stater this year It looks like Teneal finished 14th this year to be a 4 timer. This is very remarkable considering that she struggled with injuries all year long. In fact, I believe she started off her junior year battling an illness and didn't run half of the year. Her time as a sophomore was 32 seconds faster than this year. If she would have been healthy the past two seasons she might have had a shot at runner up or first this year.
