I usually switch off every year between the 2...
To go to the JO's you have to compete at State and Regionals and qualify through at a certain place.
So... USATF - Top 3 at State qualify through to Regionals, Regionals is Indiana and Illinois, top 3 from regionals qualify through to nationals.
AAU - Top 4, or 6, I dont remember, qualify through to Regionals...which now is Illinois, Indiana, and Kentucky...top 4 from Regionals advance to nationals.
But mac, if you go the USATF website then you can find a track club in your region.

So we hung out at the beach, and I would just sit there and sweat.

I heard the turn out for AAU this year is huge, state and nation wide... Im wondering if that just for younger kids, or high schoolers as well? Is anyone doing AAU this summer?
