At the GCMS Invite Brian Peterson ran 9:55 and I was at 10:11. Havent heard much from any other meets. I know no Champaign area runners have gone under 10 yet.

I know what you guys mean about the dyesat coverage, and of the class A that it does cover, everything is north of I-70. At the Robinson invite David Ulrich from Robinson ran a 10:04 and at the newton invite Graham Morris from Lawrenceville went 10:06 just before the meet got canceled due to weather. Morris also ran 4:33 in the 1600 at the robinson invite.

Are they going to be any good conference meets on Friday? I think I read in the paper that in the Heart of Illinois conference Thompson ran like 4:30 or 4:32 and Peterson ran 4:37.

Sangamo Conference last night: 3200--Patterson (Williamsville) alone in 10:06 (ran 9:59 at Pana Invite) 1600--Thompson (Rochester) alone in 4:36
I see a crowd forming at the 9:55-10:05 range. Should be an interesting run at Charleston!

Ya definitely... at state probly in the 9:35 to 9:50 range if training goes well for everybody. Block and Peterson will probly be ahead of the pack but there will definitely be an intense battle for the all state spots.

to anyone who didn't like the way the season finished, i know i wasn't very happy with the way the season ended, so i'm doing the open race on friday night and i encourage anybody who didn't make it do to it. if there are any questions check the ihsa website and click on the race at state link. hope to see some familiar faces.
