Hello, I'm looking to take my team (junior high) out to some of the Forest Preserves to do hill repeats. I'm having trouble finding a substantial hill because I am not very familiar with the area. We're located in the southwest suburbs (around Orland Park) is anyone familiar with the Palos Park/Sag Valley section (or any section of the cook county forest preserve) that has some substantial hills that we can use (and find without a long search).
My plan is to look around Palos Park Woods next Saturday and Swallow Cliff Woods on Sunday, but as I said I'm unfamiliar with the area.

Swallow Cliff has a major hill that we have used for workouts in the past. it also has a few smaller his that you can find that are good for workouts.

Besides the hills in the loops, try the tobaggon slide stairs! ;D
